Totally tape-ular dude!

Happy Sunday!

I hope your weekend is going well! I was SO unproductive yesterday -_- I was planning on painting my nails at least twice maybe three times and only ended up painting them once... but it's ok because I am totally loving them! LOL I decided to break out the trusty striping tape and just do something random, too bad I can't actually do anything random because I am WAY too OCD -_- hah! I still think they came out pretty BA though so check them out! 

Colors used:

I did a different design on my right hand since I knew I wouldn't be able to do the one above on it. I mean I probably could but it took me almost an hour and a half just to lay the striping tape down on my left hand and I really didn't feel like doing that again -_- But it's actually quite cool so here's a close up of my right ring finger :) 

Simpler but they kind of look cool together. I should have taken a photo with both my hands... oops! I really love using striping tape! Well, I hate cutting it and placing it and finding that stupid end piece, but other then that it's awesome ;)

Hello all you lovely people!

Today is a VERY special day, though my mom would tell you otherwise ;) Today just happens to be her birthday!!! :D I knew I had to do something super fun for her bday and what's more fun than glitter?! Absolutely nothing!! :) So I went a little crazy here but hey that's ok! Check them out!!

So here's the thing, my mom doesn't like her birthday... another year older and all that, but I have an idea on how to make it better... if you guys want to help ;)

If you all really want to make her birthday special could you do me a favor? After I started my blog my mom got really interested in it... she has been zentangling for a while now and recently decided that it was time to start her own blog. If any of you reading this are bloggers, then you know as well as I do how difficult it is to start, it can get really frustrating if no one sees what you do and sometimes you feel like "what's the point?" I know my mom is getting frustrated and the last thing I want her to do is stop because she's SO good at what she does!

SO if you want to make her birthday a really special one would you go check out her blog and fb page... and maybe if your the awesomest followers I know you are, would you follow her? Good morning!

Wow I can't believe it's almost Christmas! I feel like I've been running around like a chicken with it's head cut off -_- LOL Oh well hustle and bustle and all that ;) Speaking of almost Christmas, our challenge is coming to an end! :( Wah! I hope your all still having fun though! 

The prompt for today is elves! I had NO idea what to do... I think my creative juices are running low! LOL So I trusted Google and came up with THIS pic from the lovely Rina Alcantara of Simply Rins! And it served as my inspiration! So check out my elf nails :)

More snowflakes!

Good morning! 

I have another snowflake design for you guys this morning! I did really like yesterday's design but there's a snowflake tutorial that I've been DYING to try out. Kayla Shevonne over at Nails by Kayla Shevonne has a snowflake tutorial that is just superb! I have always loved her nails and knew I needed to try it! So here's my version but make sure you check out the original HERE because it's amazing!! :)

I really enjoyed doing these nails. Kayla makes them so easy to do using her tutorial I really hope you guys check it out! I'm also loving Finger Paints I never realized what a beautiful blue it is. I literally couldn't stop staring at my nails after I did these. The design is abstract in a way but you can still tell that they are snowflakes :)

Rigging up the lights!!

Happy Saturday!!

Are you all ready for more Christmas nails?! Christmas is fast approaching and I can't wait! LOL Christmastime is my absolute favorite time of year! 

Going along with Christmastime... I LOVE Christmas lights! I really enjoy going out after dark and looking for lit up houses with my boyfriend it's so much fun :) I knew I had to try some Christmas light nails and I'm pretty happy with the results! They remind me very much of one of the best Christmas songs out there: The 12 Pains of Christmas! Gotta love that poor old guy trying to rig up them darn lights! Good morning everyone!

Today's Friday so that means more 12 Days of Christmas manis!! Woohoo! The prompt for today is gifts and that could mean SO many different things... It could mean what you want for christmas, gift boxes, or what I did.. wrapping paper!  Well sort of ;) The challenge I'm posting today I actually did on my BFF Lisa's nails! Yay! Check it out!

12 DoC: Snowmen

Good morning everyone!

I hope you liked my post right before this one if you missed it be sure to check it out it's a surprise!! :D Anyways today's prompt for the 12 Days of Christmas is snowmen and I'm SO excited to show you mine. I didn't really have any sort of idea when I sat down to paint these I just went with the flow LOL And this is what I came up with!

Loving these! The snowmen came out so cute! I actually wasn't going to put two snowmen on my thumb but when I made the first dot it was wayyyy off center so I kind of had to hahaha! Oh well right?

Playing with micro beads :)

Happy Saturday all!!

So if you guys follow me on twitter, I tweeted out a picture of getting my first set of micro beads yay! LOL That was a little while ago so if you don't remember that's ok ;) I'm finally getting around to posting pics of my manis that I did using the microbeads and I've got a full on caviar mani in the works too! 

The idea for this mani actually came from my lovely blogger friend Emma over at Nailed Into You. She did THIS mani and I knew I had to try it!! She is so freaking creative you all should definitely go give her some love! :) 

So here's my verison!

Colors used:
- Finger Paints Paper Mache
- Sinful Colors Black on Black 
- China Glaze Unpredictable
- White Acrylic Paint

I wish I had used more festive colors like she did but I still love the way this came out!! I seriously would never had thought to do anything like this if it weren't for Emma LOL! 

The micro beads were a slight pain to work with -_- They kept sticking to the toothpick I was using to apply them... Oh well the things we do for beauty right?! :) Oh and by the way I am in LOVE with China Glaze Unpredictable it's so pretty!!!
