The Lazy 15: Feminine Nails

Good morning! :)

Today's challenge for the Lazy 15 is Feminine Nails.... so there's about to be some more pink nails up in here!!! LOL The first thing that comes to my mind when I think feminine is pink! So me and my little nubblins sat down pretty late last night and painted up some pink ruffly feminine nails :) Although because I did them so late they aren't my best work but I still really like them! Take a look :)

Colors used:
- Maybelline Wet Shine H2O Pink
- Sally Girl Hot pink (812157?)

Lost my ruffle toward the end on my middle finger LOL
I used Chalkboard Nails' tutorial again for ruffle nails but I just turned them sideways :) And of course the darker pink is actually a beautiful neon pink and my camera refused to acknowledge that... the woes of photographing neons ;)

They kind of remind me of stripe-y pants.... not sure why haha!

Anyways what do you guys think?

Thanks for reading and you have to check everyone else out! :)

The Lazy 15: Galaxy Nails

Good morning all you lovely people!!!

Today's challenge for The Lazy 15 is galaxy nails and can I just say a few things here? One: I HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WAS DOING.... I watched umpteen different videos and for some reason I just didn't get it! Lol! Two: Many of the galaxy nails I saw in the tutorials were yellowy orangey and red and I knew I would not be able to blend all those colors so I opted for some pretty purple and pink and blue ;) and Three: I went a little "star" crazy on my middle nail LOL oh well! For my first attempt at these I'm kinda digging them you know you gotta look :)

Colors used:
- Sally Hansen Heart of Stone
- Sinful Colors Black on Black
- Sally Hansen Hard to Get
- ELF Sea Escape
- Sinful Colors Let's Talk
- Wet n Wild Kaleidoscope
- Color Club Gift of Sparkle

Galaxy nails are so cool and I never thought I would ever be able to do them. I'm so happy with the way these turned out! And I really liked using Wet n Wild's Kaleidoscope for the small stars because it's holographic and it catches the light and sparkles like crazy :)

So what do you guys think??

Thanks for reading and I can't wait to see how everyone else's galaxy nails came out!!! :)

The Lazy 15: Water Marble

Hello everyone!

Today's challenge is water marble woooo! :) I have to confess I actually quite enjoy doing water marble but the night I did these I must have done something really bad to royally piss off the polish gods T.T No matter what I did my water did NOT want to marble lol!! I literally tried my marble 4 different times all with different colors -_- I'm satisfied with the outcome... It's not the best I could do but my fingers were screaming for a break :( Butttt it's still pretty so don't worry :) Take a look!

Colors used:
- Spoiled Distant Memory
- Sinful Colors Black on Black

Yeah yeah I got air bubbles and stuff blah I knoww :( Don't get me wrong they are still pretty I think but I jut know I could have done them better. Oh well there's always next time!! :)

What do you guys think?

The Lazy 15: Dots

Hello all!

Today is the next challenge day of The Lazy 15 and it's dots :) I was going to do a super cool crazy dotticure with a bajillion dots but then I remembered that I really wanted to try the interlocking dot mani so I did that instead :) Don't worry it's still super cool ;) So for my first time doing this and not watching any tutorials I think they came out pretty good. Obviously I need to practice a bit but hey, that's fine by me! Take a look at my very first interlocking dot mani!!

Colors used:
- Petites Baby Blue
- Sally Hansen Gem-Stone

Not to shabby if I do say myself ;) The look was surprisingly easy to create, you paint your base polish. Then you draw a diagonal line (or a straight line whatever you want) and fill in one side. After take your dotting tool and make a few dots on the edge of the line and then with your other polish make dots on the other side of the line. Then you just add some more dots on the sides to make it look cool! :)

So what do you guys think?

Thanks for reading and don't forget to check out the other challengers below!! :)

The Lazy 15: Gradient

Good morning all my lovely readers :)

Today is the second installment of The Lazy 15 and it's my favorite: gradients! It's no secret that I'm obsessed with gradients. You can get such a beautiful mani that looks difficult to do but it really isn't. But what might be surprising is that I didn't really like the way this gradient came out :( In person though, I did like it but when I photographed it you can't even really tell its a gradient :( I tried to do a gradient french and because the colors were so close together my camera had a hard time distinguishing them. *sigh* I tried to edit it so that you guys can see how pretty it really was but you've gotta look kind of hard so I'm sorry :( But take a look anyways!! :)

Colors used:
- Finger Paints Paper Mache
- Sally Hansen Nearly Nude Naturel Pink

It really was pretty I wish you guys could see it better :( Oh well it is what it is ;) There will be more gradients on here soon enough to make up for this one!!

What do you guys think??

Thanks for reading and make sure you check out all of the lovelies below!! :)

The Lazy 15: Tape

Good morning all my lovely readers!

Today is the first day of my new challenge The Lazy 15! Today's prompt is tape mani :) I knew when I saw this one I wanted to play with my striping tape again! I don't do many manis with striping tape because they just take SO long :( But I actually had fun doing this one excpet for one thing that I have to say right now.... I HATE THE YELLOW STRIPE ON MY POINTER FINGER! Whew I feel better ;) But really just ignore that last stripe because it really bothers me :( Take a look! :)

Colors used:
- Sally Hansen Teal Steel
- China Glaze Sun-Kissed
- Sinful Colors Let's Talk

I'm pretty pleased at how these came out besides my pointer. I really like my ring finger though if it didn't take so long I would have done them all like that!

So what do you guys think? Are you excited to see another challenge on here?!

Thanks for reading and make sure you check out all of the other challengers below!!! :)
