More matte/shiny

Hello everyone!

So you may remember yesterday's post with the black nails and blue striping tape. Well this is the mani that I was doing when I came across that gem! Yep I was going for some more matte/shiny nails! These ones are super cool because they have an almost 3D look to them! So here's the finished product! 


Colors used:
- Sinful Colors Black on Black
- NYC Matte Me Crazy










I think it looks almost quilted! I felt pretty BA wearing these ;) LOL I want to try doing matte/shiny with other colors too but I'm afraid it won't show up as well as the black does.... You guys know I'll try it anyways though :) 

 So what do you guys think?

    Those are really neat! They look almost like leather! I think most dark colors would look good with matte/shiny areas! :)

      Yeah I was thinking most dark colors would look good but I don't think you'd really be able to see it with lighter colors. Thank you!! :)

      Thanks for noticing lady!! <3 They are getting nice and long but I'm nursing a pretty rotten break on my pointer which is why it looks so funny -_- I refuse to let it go! Hahah and thanks so much :)
