I've got a super pretty topper to share with you guys today created again by the ever talented Baroness X Polish.
Atlantis Reflections is a mysterious blue flakie topcoat with an added touch of some holographic particles. This looks best layered over a dark color, it really brings out some beautiful colors! The formula was great for a flakie topcoat, not too thick but not so watery that you can't get any glitter or flakies. Below I've layered one coat of Atlantis Reflections over black with one coat of top coat.
