Booooo on me!
I've been such a bad little blogger :(
I mean I have been painting my nails and taking photos I just haven't found the time to edit them and write blog posts. I got back into reading which I knew was a bad idea because I love reading and I knew it would suck all my blogging time up but hey, I'm weak I couldn't resist LOL! Now it seems that I've caught a bit of a cold, I've been taking my vitamins and eating oranges like it ain't nobody's business so hopefully I can kick it's butt ;) Not that I want to bore you with the details of my life but I figured you all deserved an explanation as to why I've been absent.
Anyways, I've been loving on negative space nails lately and I had an idea that I really wanted to try out and after 3 hours and countless swears it finally came out the way I envisioned it!
I started with a base coat of OPI Nail Envy on all of my nails. Then I went back with Wet'n'Wild Black Creme, Color Club Beyond, and Color Club Eternal Beauty and created a chevron-esque design, making sure to leave a tiny bit of space between colors so that my natural nail could shine through. I used 3 coats of Poshe top coat to get a smooth finish... although I could have used a fourth I think ;)
I love these so much right now! I was seriously upset to take them off but hey, after 5 days they were all chipped and gross I had no choice -_-
What do you think? I think I'm going to try to do some more negative space nails in the near future so keep your eyes open for some more!
Thanks loves :)
This is sooo gorgeous - well done :)
