Well hello again! :)
S the final challenge of the TIHC hosted by Lacquer Dreams is to recreate your favorite mani from another challenger. I knew exactly what I wanted to do ever since I saw the gradient that Naomi did over at Nai's Nails. I knew that this would be the one I would recreate and it looks like some of the other ladies had the same idea! ;) You can see her amazing mani HERE. I'm not going to lie hers is wayyyy better then mine but I had a lot of fun recreating it :) Take a look!

Good morning all you lovely people!!
So as many of you know Sandy is here in all of her infamous glory -_- Yesterday we were out of power for most of the afternoon and night. I realized I had a challenge to post for today so I decided to paint my nails by flashlight yay!!! NOT! :) So I do apologize that these nails aren't up to par with many of my other manis but come on I painted them by flashlight! LOL :) By the time the power came back on it was wayy too late to redo them so you guys will just have to deal =P Take a look!

I wanted to write Trick or Treat on my ring finger but I just couldn't do it by flashlight so I just wrote T -o- T instead I still think it came out cute though :)

So if you guys don't know, I live in Massachusetts so we're prepping for Hurricane Sandy here. I'm hoping that there will actually be power in the morning so I can post this.. so if you're reading this then I had power yay!!! Lol! I'm praying all of you readers in this area affected by Hurricane Sandy are staying safe!!
Ok now to the fun stuff! :) Today is day 29 of the "This is Halloween" Nail Art Challenge hosted by Lacquer Dreams and it's Graveyards. I still have the little guy on my nails from yesterday's prompt so today you guys are getting another dose of momma nails :) Take a look at what we came up with!

I wanted to use a bright color for the background so you guys could actually see the tombstones ;) I recently won the OPI So Skullicious set from The lovely In The Red Nails and I knew Candlelight would be perfect! I really like the way this turned out with the yellow background :)

Today's prompt from the TIHC hosted by Lacquer Dreams is witches! I had so many cool ideas for this one but they all kind of flopped when I tried to do them on my nails wah! :( So my sister had the brilliant idea to have the little witches peeking over my nail and I thought that was such a cute idea!! Check them out! :)

- Icing unlabeled green (Part of bejeweled collection?)

- Kiss Black Striping Polish
- Black Acrylic Paint

So loving Sinful Colors Zincing of You which is the goldish color you see in the background. Not to mention I picked it up at Walgreens' .99 cent sale woohoo!! :)
Anyways, the witches were meant to be scary but they turned out ugly in a cute way.... if that makes sense ;) Just look at those warty noses!

Hello again and welcome to my favorite day of the TIHC hosted by Lacquer Dreams :)
If you can't tell I'm completely OBSESSED with gradients so I was really looking forward to today!! Unfortunately plans seemed to get in the way and I wasn't able to touch my polish until about 10 last night and I had to do two challenge days so please please excuse the not really amazing clean up :( Other then that though I absolutely LOVE the way these came out! I think I'm really getting the hang of these gradients and loving every second of it!!
I thought about doing the traditional orange to black gradient for Halloween but then I figured why not do something not orange and black? ;) So I had the brilliant idea to use my favorite purple at the moment, Sinful Colors Let's Talk and fade it to black :) Purple is still Halloweenie right?! My camera decided to hate me last night so the purple photographed more blue the purple but trust me it is a gorgeous purple not blue :) Check them out!

So get ready for two posts today because both of my challenges have challenge days today woo!!! Ok so number one is the "This is Halloween" Nail Art Challenge hosted by Lacquer Dreams and it's bats... sound familiar?? Well my last challenge day for the other challenge was bats but don't worry! I did something completely different for this challenge :) Granted I'm still not really crazy about it, I don't know what it is about bats but they apparently don't seem to like me in the nail art area -_- Anyways check out what I did this time! :)

So as you guys can see I did bats flying in front of the moon for three of my fingers and a cute little bat on my ring finger. Does that even look like a bat? I'm not even sure but I think he's cute :) So not a complete fail right? :)

Today's challenge comes to you from the lovely Lacquer Dreams and it's zombies!! I thought long and hard about todays prompt, I wanted to do something cute but I don't know what a "cute" zombie would look like so..... I pulled some inspiration from the Youtube channel I watch frequently, IHaveACupcake. I used her polymer clay zombie KITTY as my inspiration for this mani. I mean, whats cuter than a zombie kitty? Answer: nothing :)

I looks like its time for another installment of the "This is Halloween" Nail Art Challenge hosted by Lacquer Dreams :) Today's prompt is jack-o-lanterns and if you guys remember the first day of the HNAC was Halloween pumpkins so I really wanted to do something different for jack-o-lanterns. (key word WANTED) But alas *sigh* they're not all that different after all :( Don't you just hate when you have a great idea in your head but then it absolutely refuses to transfer onto your nail correctly?? Yeah me too! Well they're still a little different so enjoy!
